  : DIRTY.... I was expecting for a clean room.. DUST n Remote control means it wasn't clean table tops, tv , chair.SMELL of the hallway, Lobby , elevator shows you that you would be expecting uncleaned rooms..WORST AIRCON. Very old and You cannot sleep because of the loud noise .

  : Theres no Hot shower in the bathroom, it was literally cold plus the light was quite dim. Plus it was under renovation. The smell in the elevator was not good as well. The value for money was not worth it.

  : On the day of the booked stay, the hotel did not give the reserved room because they said the White Palace Hotel is no longer tied up with OYO Hotels. What a very, very disappointing booking experience.

  : The mattress needs to be flipped and the tiny little window needs to be fixed so it can lock.

  : Booked 2 rooms and confirmed stay 48hrs prior. Arrived at the hotel around 2pm and was told that they had no reservations for us and that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Also they stated that they no longer had any affiliation with Booking.com. So we were left with scouring the nearest hotel to see if we could get a booking... Please explain why we had to confirm 48 hrs prior and STILL no advise that this hotel was undergoing renovations
